Allan James A. Saoit, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, is dedicated to providing high-quality, integrity-driven primary and ambulatory care to Hawaiʻi’s diverse communities, with a strong focus on patient advocacy, health education, and culturally responsive care.

After earning his Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Hawaiʻi Pacific University, Allan completed his Master of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner at the University of Phoenix, where he trained extensively in adult and geriatric care, women’s health, pediatrics, and family practice across multiple clinical sites on Oahu, including Straub Clinics and Pali Momi Medical Center.

Allan brings broad clinical experience across inpatient, outpatient, and procedural settings, including ambulatory care services, endoscopy, telemetry, and medical-surgical nursing. His background as a relief charge nurse and his service as a Clinical Nurse and Officer in the U.S. Air Force Reserves have shaped his calm leadership style, strong teamwork, and commitment to excellence in both routine and high-acuity care environments.

Known for his compassionate approach and clear communication, Allan prioritizes building trust with patients and families while delivering evidence-based care that respects each individual’s physical, psychosocial, and cultural needs. Patients and colleagues alike value his professionalism, reliability, and dedication to creating safe, supportive healthcare experiences.

Now practicing in Hawaiʻi, Allan is proud to serve local communities by combining advanced clinical training with a deep commitment to integrity, service, and lifelong learning—ensuring patients receive thoughtful, comprehensive care at every stage of life.
